Zutphen Online is not a standard hosting provider where everything is automated and anonymous. We consciously choose quality, personal contact, and a secure digital environment for our clients. To guarantee that reliability, we operate with a clear acceptance policy.

We believe that a good collaboration starts with mutual trust. That is why we exclusively work with entrepreneurs and organizations we know.

✓ No automated orders: Every request is personally reviewed by us.
✓ Identity verified (KYC): Before we start, we have been in touch and we know who we are doing business with.
✓ Our target audience: Legitimate businesses, foundations, associations, and governments, preferably (but not exclusively) in the Zutphen region.

A clean and secure environment (zero-tolerance)

We protect the reputation and security of our servers, IP addresses, and thereby yours as well. Therefore, using our services is strictly prohibited for:

✗ Drugs: Trade, production, or sale of illegal substances and related items.
✗ Illegal material (Warez): Hosting or sharing illegal software, movies, music, or other copyrighted material without permission.
✗ Pornography: All forms of erotic or pornographic material are excluded from our services.

Compliance and cooperation

We take digital security extremely seriously. We actively comply with legislation such as the European NIS2 directive (for a resilient infrastructure) and the Digital Services Act (DSA) to combat illegal content.

In case of abuse, we intervene immediately. Should IT be necessary, we naturally fully cooperate with the justice department and regulators when there is a legal basis to do so.
